Kia Ora! I am currently completing my final year of a teaching degree, here in Hamilton. I have completed and excelled during my practicum experience with age groups ranging from year 0 - 10 I have a lot of experience working with children in a range of scenarios! I am very excited for my teacher journey and would love to make some extra money to support myself during my degree. I come from a whānau of 6, and understand sibling love and rivalry. I am happy to provide references to keep your mind at ease when looking after your babies. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions!

Experience
I have a Early Childhood Education Certificate, a Current First Aid Cert. Experience working with babies through to youth. I believe building healthy relationships with the children is the most important skill I have learnt throughout my career. As a third year Teaching Degree student I have all positive feedback from mentors and tutors. My experience outside of my degree ranges from Chipmunks to holiday programme/After School Care programmes.

Why I love working with kids
I have a passion for mental health education and care, I will be doing my year 3 research paper in this area. Due to my age I have a lot of experience with babies within my whānau and friends. I love the beach and getting outside, I have experience in EOTC activities and transporting children. I am more than happy to help with homework and education based activities as I am always keen to build my knowledge. Baking and crafting is my hobby!
