I am a creative person who enjoys painting, crocheting, building puzzles, and pretty much any hands on craft. I like activities that let me slow down and make something with purpose. I bring that same creative side into my time with children because it helps me connect with them in a natural way. I’m patient and energetic, and I don’t mind looking a bit silly if it helps me be fully present with children. I enjoy matching their pace and letting them feel free to be themselves. I also speak Afrikaans, which has helped me connect with families from different backgrounds. Overall, I love anything that lets me create, play, and build genuine connections.
