Kia Ora​,​ I'm a 27-year-old Belgian who recently moved to Hamilton after my fiancé​,​ who is a doctor​,​ got a job at the Victoria clinic. I’m a joyful​,​ calm​,​ and creative woman with a strong orientation toward others—especially children. In terms of my background​,​ I first completed a Master’s degree in Biology in Belgium. However​,​ feeling the need for a more socially oriented career​,​ I later pursued a Master’s in Education Sciences. This led me to teach teenagers with a variety of needs for one year. As a teacher​,​ I strive to bring stability​,​ calm​,​ structure​,​ and support to children​,​ whatever their individual needs may be. I was also a scout leader for three years​,​ working with children aged 6 to 8. During that time​,​ I volunteered at a therapeutic center for children with disabilities​,​ where I supported their well-being outside of school hours. I love cooking—especially French pastries—and I’d be happy to use this passion as an activity with children​,​ either cooking for them or with them! I'm also a big animal lover​,​ particularly dogs—so if you have one that needs walking​,​ I’d be delighted to take them out​,​ especially with the kids!
